Hi,
I submitted a cancellation under chat id 14630a4e-c0c3-4df0-9a5b-ae850bb77304 on 5th April and it was mentioned the label would be received within 5 days from then.
I’ve not heard anything yet, not even a confirmation of my end date, nor the bag. And obviously knowing this is a common issue with three makes me concerned.
Please could you send me the usual PM of how to get in touch to get this resolved? (It’s a shame this still seems to be ongoing!)

Jonathan's "colleagues" must be getting so many requests from this forum, you'd have to wonder why they haven't taken the issue up with Three support and fixed it?
Unless, of course, there never was any intention to fix it, call me cynical...

Some of the replies from "chat" certainly suggest they know they are stringing people along, the inaction from Three to resolve this obvious problem suggests they are complicit. Years ago I helped a friend leave AOL broadband. Every time she phoned there would be an excuse why she couldn't leave this month and that she needed to call the following month. Three are doing the same. Very underhand business practice.
