Does anyone know how to get the new 5g router i have the old version and plays up every day just randomly turns off and i have to reset it getting really annoying as its been like it since October rang 3 plenty of times and still haven’t managed to try this to see if its sorts the issue

What router do you have? How long is your contract?

Have you tried a factory reset?

Hi sorry i have only just saw this reply yes ive tried resetting my contact runs out august 2024 as in 24month contract i have the model number MC801A
