I have just got the ZTEMC888 5G hub. I have set it up and connected devices and seem to be happy with the speeds.
However, I have tried to connect my app to it following the guide and as it's the first time I have to manually login using the username and password on the WebUI on the base of the box.
However, I just keep getting incorrect username or password and I only have a couple of attempts to login left.
Help!

Having the same problem, customer service have been hopeless, they keep telling me to log in with the hub, despite the fact that's the very problem

I had to eventually get a replacement hub and it worked. However, just today I have switched back to Sky. The hub was throttling speeds every evening at about 7pm and connection was dropping more and more frequently.

Just received a replacement hub, still won't connect to the app.

Hello.
Oh, that's quite strange. Is there multiple log in details on the Hub? If so, is it possible you could be entering the information from the wrong set of details?
