2024-04-06 approx. 16:00 All devices - Sky Q box x 3, Ring Floodlight Camera and Ring Chime Pro Network saying connected but No Internet.

Checked coverage - no outage.

Strangely, I could connect by my mobile and laptop by wifi and definitely had internet. Ran Speedtest to verify.

Not bothered about Sky but I use Ring to monitor property. No explanation, nothing???

Amazing how this happened after my 14 grace period.

Happened again. Ring devices connected by no internet. This time it did not resolve itself next day. I've had to connect devices using my Sky broadband.

I wanted to cancel my Sky broadband and just use Three 5G Home Broadband but it's not reliable so will need to cancel Three instead.

Thanks for the feedback.

I rebooted the router multiple times and made no difference.

Next day it was ok without rebooting the router.

Happens almost daily to me with the nr5103e router, a reboot is needed to solve this. I feel like it's a router issue since I'm in central London and it never recovers, I'll try with a spare router I have

I had the same thing with my 5g broadband, my amazon fire tablets and android phones would say connected but no internet, I turned the router off/on and everything reconnected and worked correctly, it was a regular thing about every 20-25 days, for the year I had 5g broadband, I don’t know if you have phoned Three broadband for assistance yet, but be warned it’s highly likely that you will be restricted to 120mbps download speed if you do.
