Connection issues

Hi my sky q box and sonos speakers have lost connection tried rebooting everything but they wont connect spoke to sky and they think its a 5g problem as does sonos i have internet and wifi connected on all other devices speaking to 3 technical services hasnt been very helpful!!

any help would be grateful
