Home 5G dropping out

I recently upgraded my home internet to the 5G ZTE, and am constantly having to restart my router despite all the lights being white, strong signal etc. Three technical support cant help much beyond turning off and on, and I’m getting incredibly frustrated. I see that many others have this fault, but why is it not acknowledged by three after all this time?? Any help to at least reduce the outages??
