I’ve been trying to login to my device manager to change my wifi name and password. I can’t seem to login using the information on the bottom of my mobile broadband hub. 
I’ve tried different variations of the username and password and nothing. 
Im using my iPhone to do this and the app is called ZTELink. I’ve also tried doing it through google search app and safari.

its really getting annoying and I’ve tried all the suggestions online.

I've had problems like that - probably because of the insane passwords like *&^*&^i1o0Ll{}~@{{{{}}}} or something. I connect to the router with a cable and change the WiFi password to something I can type

Hi @Jessalauren95,

As @Psmithson says most likely the best solution will be to try a wired connection from a PC/Laptop to bypass the need for the Wi-Fi log in. Failing that you may be best to try a pinhole reset of the router, as that should reset the Wi-Fi keys back to default.
