The security certificate on the Huawei B535 router that I use has expired, and no-one at Three is fixing it. This happened once before, and eventually someone got Huawei to renew it, but as you see from the details at the bottom \/ it expired in October 2024 and Three/Huawei have Failed to do anything about it.
I have been a Three broadband customer for many many years, and service has usually been excellent, but I feel so let down now. I expect that Three has been focusing on the merger with Vodafone, and forgotten that it's us the customers that pay your wages 😠
Can SOMEONE please get this dealt with.
My router is not new, but it has been working absolutely fine on 4G (no 5G where I live) since before the security certificate expired, so I have no desire to replace it (and certainly not at a significant additional Monthly increase in my contract). I just want the security certificate to be renewed - a simple task, surely ????
NB I do regularly check for updates, plus I regularly reset the router/cycle the power off:on.

It is, but it also affects the internet service of apps and sites you visit, e.g. banking apps don't trust a wi-fi service (from my router) that has security issues...
