Within the week right now, the broadband has not been working to its standard. Websites, apps and some even calls are not being able to be connected.
I am very disappointed. My microsoft Teams is not working due to this problem, and it is crucial for my learning. As well as, I am unable to connect with my family members when they best need me.
We have called, and told us some 'work' is happening within our area. It has been 2 days, I am wondering when this problem will be solved, since it has impacted me greatly.
I hope as a mobile company, you will understand my frustration and disappointment.

It's always frustrating when the internet goes down. So much of our lives use the internet these days.
Information about when an issue might be resolved isn't always available, it depends on what the issue is and what stage engineers have reached in relation to the repair.
