At 7.30 we have had a total blackout on all devices and after rebooting and checking using other peoples phones we worked out it was the mast that is not transmitting. We had this issue when that storm hit with high winds and it took the mast out. Tonight i guess its the freezing fog! Well if i am right were all in for a boring xmas without out any internet if they cant insulate the mast or stop cold weather effecting signal.
anyway total blackout now for 4 hours now. Please fix it. Other service providers are not affected hence i am using neighbour's phone to complain.
