My contract end next month

Fledgling

Hi everyone,

My broadband contract with Three is ending next month, and I’m just wondering what I need to do with the router.

Do I need to return it, or can I keep it?

Any advice or info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

5G they want it back - I expect they will contact you to arrange the return.

4G or mi-fi then they don't - keep it, or take it to your recycling centre.

Hi @F_ahmadabadi,

@Hunter-RF is spot on here, so I've marked their answer as the solution. I'd just add to this by saying that your plan doesn't automatically end, so if you don't want this to continue you'd either need to provide a 30 day notice to cancel, or make a one touch switch request with another provider.

Thanks,
Jonathan

It’s on loan to you for the duration of your contract so you’ll need to ask customer service for a returns bag.
