New router losing 5g signal

Got my new 5g router and it's a headache already. Massively variable speeds from around 20 - 200 mb and it loses the 5g signal - when it goes to 3g / 4g it's completely unusable.

I want to talk to technical support about it but when calling I can't find anyway in the menu to get through to broadband support.  I have tried 0333 338 1003.  Can anyone advise?
