New to this homebroadband

Please please can anyone help we have the homebroadband but its constantly kicking my son offline like every few minutes, I've  connected LAN cable yo his ps3, I've moved the device numerous places

i had similar issues but not every few minutes but at least 5 times a day. After talking to three tech support they asked me to reset the 5g hub. After reset it’s been 2 days so far it is looking good. Give this a try. Goodluck

That’s certainly not right. 
The lights on the router should tell you if the signal is decent. Is the Lan cable is definitely ok, tested on other devices? 
Do you have the same issue on wireless? 
Are other devices getting kicked off as well? Might be the game server he’s on or even the ps3 

 

post back and I’m sure you’ll get some help. 
let people know what router you have also
