No 5G connection at all.

I have recently subscribed a 5g home broadband plan with a wifi hub. On the first month it was working fine but when I move to another apartment I haven't get any 5g any more my wifi hub always in blue light color, download speed is less than 5mbps. I been trying to find a spot for 3months but nothing changed. I am paying for a 5g internet connection but I'm getting a very bad connection,even youtube cannot play continuesly. I hope somebody can help me with my problem.

Hey @Andoy,

I'm sorry to hear you've struggled with connection since moving.

Firstly, I'd suggest checking out our Home Broadband Coverage checker for your new area, to determine if 5G is available in the area.

I'd also make sure your hub is free of any obstructions and at least one metre away from other electrical items like TVs or cordless phones. We recommend placing your hub on a windowsill to help it receive the best possible signal from our network.
