This has not been the case for me. Plugged it in and only get Power and WiFi white LEDs and Network red LED. Contacted Support who said to wait up to 24 hours for activation. I waited 24 hours and its still the same. Contacted Support who said they will escalate the matter and to wait up to 72 hours for resolution ! I am one unhappy customer

Well after 53 hours of waiting, I am now up and running. Getting speeds up to 5 times faster than my Sky FTTC broadband, and considerably cheaper. I am now a happy customer. Bravo, Three !

I’m a long time Three pay monthly customer and have no intention of leaving;but it’s the annoying little things such as this I find frustrating. I have Three mobile broadband and had exactly the same experience as you and this was 18 months ago. Sim and router arrive;sim not active,call customer service and told it’ll be active within a maximum of 24 hours. Unfortunately for me that was a Friday so it wasn’t active until Tuesday morning. This won’t help your problem I know.All I can say is for me it was worth the wait and I hope down the line you’ll feel the same.
