Hi
can anyone help with this.
I got the zte hub yesterday and all the lights are on except the WiFi light which isn’t one. Anyone else experienced this? I have spoken to support and they just keep telling me to reset which I have done several times and that’s not fixed the issue

Just to confirm, is it just the LED that's not working? Is a Wifi network being broadcast from the hub?

Go into routers interface via your laptop and ensure nothing in there is disabling wifi.
