Not receiving returns bag for mobile broadband

Hi, I have requested a royal mail returns bag for my MiFi hub within the required 14 days and have been told on several occasions this has been sent however I have still not received this after several calls chasing this up! Despite my contract being cancelled and customer services insisting this is the case I am being chased for payment. What are my options now? I just want to return the hub and end what is becoming a nightmare!
