I have had the 5G router for just over a week now. Initially my kids PS4 and PS5 could connect to the internet via WiFi, however after a few hours (and a massive Fortnite update) they stopped connecting to the internet.
They both connect to the HUB via WiFi but can't connect to the internet.
I've also tried what was mentioned in the link in the only other PS5 thread with no joy.
To summarise and repeat the other PS5 thread from @returnONE
I've restarted the PS5 and hub many times, and also reset the hub once = no fix
I've tried changing the APN to three.co.uk and 3internet = no fix
I've changed the DNS = no fix
I've changed the network name and password to something else = no fix
I've tried to change the wi-fi to 5GHz and 2.4GHz = no fix
Other attempts
I have setup static IP addresses and also setup port forwarding for the Playstation ports = no fix
I have manually selected the "quietest" channels for both 2.4 and 5Ghz = no fix
I've turned off IPv6 = no fix
When does the PS4 and PS5 connect?
If I setup a hotspot on my phone, they connect to the internet fine.
If I take the PS4 or PS5 to a friends house and connect to their WiFi... they connect to the internet fine.
Here's the weird one... If I connect the PS4 or PS5 to the Three router via a wired/LAN cable. It connects to the internet fine. So why won't it connect via WiFi?!?

Hi @MarkW,
I'm sorry to hear you've been having so much trouble connecting your Playstation devices, this sounds really frustrating.
Thanks for this detailed post, we really appreciate you taking the time to list all the troubleshooting you've tried so far. I've passed on this feedback in case it helps us track down what the underlying issue may be.
Just to clarify and get a bit more detail, can you let me know a little bit more on some aspects of this?
Thanks,
Jonathan
