How long these works are going to take? It’s been 2 weeks since I lost my 5g network on both my phone and home broadband! All I can get is 4g+ which drips below 10mb/s!!!
This is really affecting my work on daily basis.
The customer service can’t tell me when this is going to be fixed. I need some more details now, can’t believe that after so long Three can’t provide some more concrete time scales!!!

Sorry to hear you've been affected by a network issue. We've removed the 2nd part of the postcode to help keep your info safe, it's best not to share this info in public posts. I've tried to check into the location you shared, but it seems to be an invalid postcode, so I'm not sure if there's a typo there.
I'll reach out by PM to confirm this.
