Wihtout doubt one of the most unreliable networks available. I mean EVERY day I get 3min, 10min or worse timeouts - I won't contact support as they will make me go through the usual 25 minute checking that I have ALREADY done numerous times......will be checking our contract and hoefully get out asap and get with another more reliable provider.

We can totally understand how frustrating it must be having these issues for a while. @Paddiewack is right though, you do need to speak with our agents so we can run tests on what's going on. Not every network issue is the same and we need to get to the bottom of it.
If you contact the Customer Service Team they'd be able to investigate what's happening.

So you won’t contact support but you’ll come on here and complain x 2 ? They’re poor but they’re not psychic and can’t help unless you put aside your incorrect assumptions and call them. Or is it that you want to leave the network anyway and are making noises to that effect? Please note I’ve only posted this once.
