Since signing up to three home broadband with the ZTE MC888AD I find i can no longer use telegram, the app on my phone is unable to connect to the service when connected to 3s router, my old service provider is still working for a few weeks and if i switch to their wifi then the service instantly works. If i change the APN on the 3 router to three.co.uk then telegram works, but i then no longer have a publically routable IPv4 address. My home automation telegram bot is also unable to contact api.telegram.org which breaks all of my home automation notifications, but i have managed to work around this by directing traffic to telegram via a VPN on that machine, however, i don't want to rely on this.
Are there any known issues with telegram on threes home broadband offering? I've disabled the adult content filtering in the hope that it was being caught with that, but no joy.
Thanks
Dwayne

Yes, i was in contact with support and they seem to have resolved it for me, apparently there is a known issue and the "technical team" have suggested to support that they change the router from "IPv4/V6" to "IPv4" only, not entirely sure what that means as i had no IPv6 address previously anyway .... but it's working now and i still have a public IPv4 address rather than a CGNAT address

For me, after switching to three.co.uk, the telegram app and telegram windows desktop both works perfectly

There are a large number of report of some websites being inaccesible but AFAIK you are the first to mention to Telegram.
You have already tried the known workarounds but they have problems as you already know
