Upload speed way higher than download speed

Hi All,

My upload speed way higher than download speed. I am a new 3 mobile broadband user and facing this issue from last 2 weeks. I am on 4g Network. I did reset my router but nothing helped. Can somebody let me know how to fix this issue?

First go to the network status checker and see if you have a problem:

https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support

If there is an issue you can try calling 333 to see if they can give you an expected date to clear it.

If all is okay please reply with your router type and firmware version as someone may have the same problem. Also, please edit the title of your post to include router part number.
