My Three mobile signal is very poor (despite the coverage search telling me that it is good). In fact, I rarely get a signal indoors. A Three agent suggest that I use Wi-Fi calling. As I cannot see how to enable this on my Moto G5s, I contacted Lenovo. They said that it depends on the ISP. So far I have been unable to get an answer about this from Three (the online chat never works!). Does anyone know if this is possible?

WiFi calling either works or it does not. On older phones it is less likely to work than on the current crop and your phone may be too old. Three do not appear to do much, if anything, to the version of Android installed and trying to ensure that all options work on all phones would be quite a task. It also depends on who supplies the phone. If you buy a phone direct from Three or a genuine UK unlocked phone you hae a better chance of wifi calling working.

Okay, thanks. Looks like I am stuck with going into the garden to use my phone or send and receive texts ☹️. That is unless Three get their act together and supply the service they promise on their website. The reason I went to Three in the first place was that BT's signal stopped working indoors after they turned off my signal booster 😠.
