Hi, do you live in an urban environment? Are you connected on 2.5G or 5G WiFi band?
If you live in an urban/built up environment there are probably a lot of WiFi networks all competing for the same finite number of channels. This can cause WiFi to drop out like you have described. Most routers tend to set the channels automatic and try to pick the least congested channels, but this is usually done in the wee hours when demand is low.
I use an app on my Android device called WiFiMan by Ubiquiti to scan the channels on each band. This will give me visual indication of how congested the channels are.

There’s a difference between WiFi ( the connection between your device and your router) and your broadband connection ( your router’s connection to the internet) Which of the two are you having issues with? If it’s the broadband then check the Three status page for any local issues. If it’s the WiFi and you’ve tried the suggestions made by @Geluk then contact tech support on 333.

Google "broadband contention" to see why.
Additionally by using a wifi analyser app, check what wifi channels are busiest in
your locale; switch to the least used,
