In a nut shell my router keeps losing its connection to the network and the only way to sort it is to fully turn my router on and off again and ive had todo this everyday and since the network going down last week i now have todo this multiple times aday. I go to customer service and the chats disabled i goto the complaints for and it tells me my customer id is wrong and that i also need to input how much my last topup was eventho im a mobile broadband customer so its irelivent to me i tryed calling customer service only to be stuck on hold for an hour and a half only for it to eat all my credit

You’re not the only one, three broadband is terrible and i would advise you to document with a video or something showing that you’re constantly getting disconnected as you may be able to use this to prove that three are breaching the contract. Get out as soon as possible. I am even considering just getting EE and paying both, thats how fed up i am with three.

Yeah thats atchually a good idea i think i will start videoing it i am incline to give the benifit of doubt and say i have a faulty router/power adapter as i do see the power light flashing when that happens and routers documentation says that means its not being powered correctly witch i dont how as its all there kit im using and it has its own wall socket to use,not an extention gang so ill let customer service try whatever they feels best 1st and if still naff then yeah imma cancel contract
