I have bought a sim card that is mobile broadband it says 24gh and lasts 24 months and a 3 router the first day it worked fine then it stopped working .all the lights are green except the one that reads LTE strenth which is red.
when i connect to the wifi it says no internet.
pan somebody please help me

If the SIM card deal was 24GB of data that lasts 24 months, it may of run out of data, streaming YouTube or Netflix in HD can use 2 or 3GB of data per hour easily.

Iโm slightly confused here so some questions.
1) Bought from where? Three/shop/man in a pub?
2) Have you entered into a contract with Three or is it a payg sim?
Im not trying to be facetious but you DO need to elaborate more.
Failing that you can also contact customer service on the number which I think is on the SIM card or for reference itโs 03333381001.

I bought the simcard and router from a 3 dealer off the internet. ,ive tried to contact there support it asks for a verification code as there is no phone attached the simcard

Iโm not aware of Three dealers on the internet other than affiliated third party sellers in which Iโd say call them. Was it a contract or payg. Do you have a phone you could put the sim in to receive verification codes? Have you got another card you could try in the router?
Iโm going to say it sounds iffy but I could be terribly wrong.
