Hello.
There was some maintenance with the App and Website over the weekend, this might be why you were unable to get on there.
This is a Community Forum for other 3 users to chat about their experiences, we won't be able to discuss offers with you from here. I'd recommend heading onto the app to see if you can get onto that this time, and view the offers there, or pop through to the Support Team and they can look at the offers with you. If you're also still having issues getting online, the team there should be able to check it out for you.
