Has anyone resolved this issue I’ve been trying to get it sorted since may. I’ve even spoken to Apple about the issue which they said is down to the network provider. I am sick of unpairing and pairing my phone/watch this does not work I have even escalated the case with technical no one even bothered ringing me back. When I called back they said my issue was solved and the case was closed and didn’t believe me when I said it’s never been solved. I think I’m going to cancel my direct debit until it’s resolved
