Back up failure

Why wont my galaxy watch 6 back up automatically. All the settings are correct. Fully charged phone and watch but nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Hey Lisa, 

That does seem like a pain. This would need to be reported to Samsung to have investigated.

You can download the Galaxy Wearable app and follow these steps to report the issues:

1. On your smartphone or tablet, open the Galaxy Wearable app.
2. Select the menu icon in the top left hand corner.
3. Select Contact us.
4. Select Errors reports.
5. Select 'Always' or ' Just this time' and then select OK.
6. Describe the problem in detail and select the send icon in the top right hand corner.
