When I login on the app and click on go to my account, blank screen comes up. I can’t see my account at all. Could you please help me with this issue. Many thanks

Just to confirm the issues logging in should now be fully resolved. As we mentioned, this was fixed by a software update, but we've managed to resolve issues with older iOS versions now too. Please let us know if you're still having any difficulties accessing My3.

I have this problem trying to login with the app on an iphone 7. I can login to the website without any problem.

Hi have you done the latest update of your sotware on your iphone recently? I found this help massively as i have iphone 8 myself updated mine to 16.7.10 now i can login to both app & three website no troubles at all.

23-oct-24. Still happening . Blank screen every time when in 3 app and choosing “ go to account” . Had been happening for 3 weeks or more. iPhone 12 .
Can get to account via PC and Chrome browser.

We've had quite a few mentions now that updating iOS should resolve this, can you make sure you've updated your phone's software to the latest update, and if that still doesn't fix this, please let us know what iOS version you have.
