If you contact customer service they can sort this out for you. It can all be done online although ensure you have a decent WiFi connection when you go to activate your eSIM as its activation will deactivate your existing physical sim.

You can also log into your number on the Three App, pop over to the "Account" tab, then choose "Help", followed by "Replace SIM", so it's not super obvious, but the option is there.
Good tip RE Wi-Fi though, you need to be able to receive emails in order to complete the process, as the old SIM will be disconnected.
Thanks,
Jonathan
Mod tip! The author of a post can hit 'Accept as Solution', to highlight a reply that helped solved their query.

Also make sure you do this within business hours like 9-5 as apparently the emails don’t get sent out of these times so you could be lost with no phone.
