Please help me pair my mobile plans on my smartwatch through the same plans. I am already on a monthly pay service of three.

Thanks for getting back to us, and it's disappointing that you are seeing this error.
Can you please confirm the make and model of the mobile device you have? Also, can you please confirm which Smart Watch you have?
Finally, does your mobile device currently use a physical or eSIM?

This doesn't help, My mobile keeps throwing me 4001 error.
