I don’t know how to get paramount + on my tv , got it free in December and haven’t been able to find anyone to help , I’m deaf and can’t phone

If you have a smart tv you should be able to link your phone and tv as long as they’re both connected to the same WiFi network and “cast” or if your tv has a browser you can go to Paramount online and use your Three sign in details there.
