I have a parcel I wish to return to3. I’ve contacted customer services and of course they are being unhelpful. I keep phoning them and get assured that the returns label is on it way but in 3 weeks of waiting nothing has arrived. Now they are supposed to be sending me an email label so I can print it off and return my package but still nothing. I think my nearest 3 shop is either Chester or Shrewsbury. Can anyone on here help me please
