If my new phone doesn't appear in the support list should I just assume problems/limited functionality and switch network?
My new phone (sony xperia 5 V) doesn't appear in the list of devices to choose from for support, so I can't check if functionality like wifi calling will work.
This was a real issue for me with last handset, as the phone supported wifi calling but three didn't enable it for some reason.
Can't get any answer from live chat as there's never any operator available.
Just wondering if it's best to jump ship now.
The phone isn't available from three direct now, but I can get it on three network contracts via third parties which is what's giving me pause. It seems weird that they have the 5 I and 5 II in the last, but none of the later models
