Got an adjusted price and the email said I would be paid on 5/11/2024
To this date 19/11/2024 no payment to my bank has been made.
Trade in team and three support are claiming each other is responsible and I am going around in circles. What can I do?

Woke up this morning 20/11/2024 with a "refund" email from three. Fingers crossed it makes it to my bank this time.
Anyone in a similar position, I'd recommend avoiding threes support team.
Email the trade in team directly.
I also submitted a complaint to three via their website. Not sure if this had any impact on the response.
A rough timeline for people in the same position, I received the adjusted trade in quote email on 2/11/2024 payment was supposed to be made on 5/11/2024 and refund issued 20/11/2024. Will update when/if it reaches my bank account.

What you've shared does seem to match up with the other cases I've been looking into, and I'm sorry that it's been such a significant delay. I'm hopeful with all the feedback we've been passing on that we can get to the bottom of where these delays are coming from, and improve the process for the future.
Please do share with the community when you see the refund, we have to advise 5 working days for these to reflect, but they're often much faster than this.
