I just received my new Phone and Sim card today from Three, but my phone number hasn't transferred. I'd like to transfer my old number to my new phone. Both my old and new sim cards are from Three, so I thought that meant my number would transfer automatically, but it hasn't.
How can I transfer my number to my new phone/sim?

It sounds like you wanted to do an upgrade, Phil, but it seems like you've processed an order for an entirely new line instead. You won't be able to transfer the number directly from one account to another since they are both with Three already.
You can work around this by porting your number to a PAYG account on another network using a PAC, then get another PAC from that PAYG network, and port the number back to the new Three account. Alternatively, you can return the new line you've taken, and process an order for an upgrade on the existing account instead.
