Hello there,
I’m trying to migrate my number from my old EE account to my new Three sim. I’m following the instructions on the form but am being forced old the PAC number may have expired, although I only requested it yesterday. Do you know what the problem could be please?
Incidently, I was asked for the PAC by the company I bought the Phone/tariff from when I gave my details. Is there a chance the request for the old number could have gone through automatically at that stage? (Hope that makes sense!)
