We've seen you posting in a few places about this, and it sounds like you may not have found the private message feature, as you've said you haven't been contacted by us.
If you click on your avatar image in the top right of any community page, then "Messages" you should find the message with advice on how to get this escalated.

It does work as I successfully paired mine on the 31/12/22 with no issues. Follow the instruction on this dedicated thread here.
