Can’t even pair my phone data to my watch as I get this message now ! Your Three account is not eligible to enable mobile service on your Apple Watch. Contact Three for more information. 

Can anyone help as I’ve been in touch to tech support and they have no idea that just keep

cutting me off. Im

Hi,

Phone pairing is a total mess…., Three could learn a thing or two from Vodafone & EE etc !

 I updated my Apple Watch & watch wont activate !

Support were clueless until finally got through to tech support who eventually ( after 3 hrs ! ) advised that the Apple Watch will reactivate after the billing cycle ( and not before ).

- yet; other providers simply update the esim & your back online - so now I pay but no watch for a month ( ….. and shame I did not know this before I removed the old watch - but seems no-one knows )

How old is your contract? There were some posts where people who had old contracts had to upgrade to 3's new contract as pairing does not work on old contracts.

I suggest you have a dig through old posts and see if you can find a solution.
