please kindly remove my cap or call barring I’m stock abroad and I couldn’t even use my phone from calling my family back in the uk.

Can you help us understand which cap you want to remove? Is this a spend limit, that is stopping you from adding charges to your bill, or are you having issues with the adult filter stopping you from visiting all websites?
If you can confirm what the cap seems to be stopping, and any message that you hear/see displayed on your phone we should be able to help further.
