We'll do our best to help but it's not clear what you mean by reset your profile? Can you explain in a bit more detail? For example, are you having difficulties registering or re-registering for My3?

Good day, I’m trying to make edits to my three profile which are basically name Input and date of birth input as it’s vacant on my profile. I sent a mail on Friday 28th Nov with my drivers license and passport to the Glasgow office to support my request but I haven’t gotten any feedback. How do I get it sorted out?
