On 1 March I contacted 3 to cancel my contract and new phone before it arrived. I was promised a DPD returns label by email. Since then I have phoned 4 times looking for this, afterall its only an email, with more promises. I am aware that the cooling off period is 14 days which I reiterated to 3. This is now day 13 and I still have the device and no email DPD label.
Has anyone been in this situation and if so what did you do with the device eg take it to the 3 shop?
