Hi I will like a new device for my SIM card my phone is not working properly

Can you please tell us a little more about what's happening? That way, our community members can share their knowledge and advice to try and help.

  • When did you get your phone, and was that directly from Three? If it's still in warranty, the manufacturer can often help get it repaired or replaced.
  • What exactly isn't working / going wrong? Have a look at our device support pages for troubleshooting steps on specific issues.

If you're set on getting a new phone, then you can have a look at your upgrade options via My3 or by chatting to our upgrades team.
