I’ve cancelled an upgrade to my phone a month ago after I was given a new phone number I didn't request or want as I've had my number for 22 years.
I’m still waiting for a returns bag despite frequent promises from 3 support that one will be sent, or an email will arrive with an address to send it back.
I’ve called and used the chat service 5 times to request a returns bag.
Each time someone assured me it will happen, yet a bag or email never arrives.
Meanwhile I’m getting messages saying I’m going to be charged from the 3rd November.
Not sure what to do, Three phone and chat support really is not solving the issue and I'm at the end of my tether.
