Hello,
I just purchased the new iPhone 15 pro and I was trying to transfer my e-sim from my iPhone 11 to my new phone and it wasn’t working I tried several ways such as the direct transfer through iOS and through QR code it’s not working. Can you please help me with this issue.

This may, or may not, help. I recently got an esim for my O2 number and I had to do this in store. The guy who was doing it was struggling until he realised that the phone was not connected to the internet. As soon as he connected it to the store's wifi the esim installed.
