I ordered a three watch last week,was told i would receive it on tuesday.I havent received it yet.I have talked to the store manager,they say they cant track my order,I have talked to customer service on live chat they say i should talk to the store manager. The customer service is literally so bad.They keep on telling me they do not have any update on my order.

I ordered a watch last week,i was told i would receive it yesterday.i have not received any email about tracking id from dpd or three.
i just luckily called three customer service,and they told me the order has been cancelled and i have been sent a text message.
I rang the store where i ordered the watch,and they say the order is still live and pending not cancelled.
Even if the order is cancelled,why have i not received any email about a refund.
Why does three take orders when it doesnt have the watch in stock.

customer service says the order is cancelled.I will go to the store and ask them whats the update

I ordered a phone on upgrade a couple of weeks ago and got a text to say it had been delayed by about a week only to get a text from DPD a couple of days after saying it was on its way. Fingers crossed for you.

Always hope but check your order status either online or via the My Three app.

i am still checking the order with the app,there is no option of tracking.U cant see anything except a ‘submitted’ status

Submitted is the word they use when an order is pending. Check the anticipated delivery date with customer service.

i just went to the store they say the order is pending,we cant do anything more than that.I called customer service,now they are saying the order is delayed.First they said it was cancelled.Lets see how it goes.

I’m guessing they’re just out of stock. That’s what happened to me. You’ll likely just get a message from DPD giving you a delivery date.
