Hey.
You can add passes through My3 on the app, or the website, or by contacting the support team on chat. Alternatively, the system will bill you for a pass each day you are roaming and using allowances. This is assuming you're in a Go Roam destination, and have a spend limit that is not too low.
Pete.

Since Brexit no need in these companies just buy an unlocked phone and buy a cheap sim in country you are going to. Pay as you go all the way from now on. Three aren’t getting a penny out of me ever again. They tell you anything to get you tied to a contract then they just abandon as soon as you have a problem (a certainty if you travel to the E.U) you unless you don’t pay a bill. Tesco mobile pay as you go from now on.

I am a THREE pay as you go customer since 2009. I live in Canada most time and I have a second home in UK. That's why I use pay as you go services instead of monthly services in UK. When I travel around Europe I use THREE's GO ROAM services which I really enjoy. I did have a live chat with one of THREE agents about GO ROAM the World and found out there is no add-on GO ROAM the World Extra for pay-as-you-go customers that we would need to pay the standard roaming rate if receiving calls from England when I am in Canada that would cost me 99p per minute. This is very disappointing. That would really make me think about to switch to other providers such as Lebara. I do have another pay as you go account with Lebara (as there are two members in the family). With the experience with Lebara just last month when I travelled to Morocco, I just got a 20GBP Add-on Roaming, I could call back and text England, and receive calls from England free within the add-on allowance that made my life so much easier. Hope THREE will provide similar service soon for pay-as-you-go customers. Time to thinking about to switch... 😞

I have two unlimited SIMO 24 Lite packages with 9 months left and another with 250Gb plus one on the new platform with 28 passes which I assumed were per year, but reading above, they're not, which might be an issue....
We're off to Mexico next month at £7/day roaming for 8 days so £56 per phone. I thought I could upgrade to the new plans at £23/month with 28 passes and costing an extra £5/5/11.50 and meaning extending the contracts an extra 2 years as I've done with O2, EE and other companies in the past.
It appears that while this is an option, I will have to pay £149 each on the first two phones (I've not checked the other) as an early upgrade fee to cancel the contract even though I'm staying with Three as a customer.
So, is this customer loyalty? I want to give you more money per month and stay longer but in reality, I'll be looking to leave now once these contracts are up.

Hi, I purchased a 24 month plan with 28 go roam passes. I believed that this meant 28 passes per year. Was I mistaken? I used all 28 in the first year and they have not been renewed.

Hi @NickB,
The passes are given for the duration of your minimum term. So if it was 28 days given at the start, those will be for the entire 24 months. In the meantime, you can still purchase Go Roam passes, or use roaming with the daily roaming charges.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi there. I've used Go Roam on numerous occasions over the last 7 years or so but this time I'll be away for a couple of months, spending the first month in the USA & Canada, a very quick 4 days in Australia, 10 days in France and then back to the UK. Can you see any issues using Go Roam for all of this holiday? I'm planning to buy a 30GB (£35) data pack at the beginning of May, and the same again in June when that one expires.
With many thanks,
Jenny
