Fledgling

Despite having received a text from Three at the end of November saying that I could now use the Vodafone network in my home area at no extra charge, when I click manually on Vodafone it says "Forbidden Network".

Any suggestions?

Hello.

There's no way to manually change the network setting and connect to the Vodafone network. In areas where it's supported, your phone will be able to use the additional masts that are available, but you'll still be registered on the Three network, and this will happen automatically.

Why are Three sending out these texts, worded in this way?  They are extremely misleading and I note a number of customers asking the exact same question on this and other forums!
