Cannot log in to account either in app or on line just get 3 blue dots circling around

I have exactly the same on my PC when using either Edge, Chrome or Firefox.
I connected to a VPN and it worked straight away. It seems that the problem occurs when using Three as your ISP when trying to access the Three website (you couldn't make it up).
I have had this with a few sites where it does not like Three for some reason (NS&I is one example). But I would expect Three to be able to get their own site working on their own network.

Have tried updating your software on your phone to the lasted version? After i’d installed the lasted on mine. It seemed to correct both My3 app & website can now login with no troubles at all.
